    Jupiter Report  January 21, 2011               Thinking of Selling?    Know someone looking  to SELL!                             Call Me!                          This week we had 34 homes close, down  from last weeks 62 homes.  As you can see the sales follow the actual contract by a month or so. These properties were put under contract early December and are closing now. The next two week's should be lower then the average 50 or so homes.       I want to talk about short sales a bit today and show you a property in Sea Colony that I had quite a few calls on. Jupiter Report  January 7, 2011                  Thinking of Selling?       Know someone looking  to SELL!                             Call Me!     I am sorry, but last week I missed sending out my report. I had an extremely busy week and just couldn't get it done.                        This week we had 51 homes close and the week before 50 homes sold. This was up from 40 and 41 the previous two weeks. That is really strong sales for the last two weeks of December.  Where else do you see 100 homes close in two weeks over a holiday period?
