With very little land left for new development we have only a few new construction homes being built. Also included are new homes subdivsions that have newer pre- owned homes for sale such as Mallory Creek in Abacoa. Most of the new Jupiter subdivsions are West of Military Trail but we have a few new beach area communities that might peak your interest.
As you can see there are very few new Jupiter properties under $300,000. Most townhomes and condos are fast approaching the $300,000 price tag and are near the $200/ft range. The Preserve at Juno Beach, Frenchman's Harbor and condos at Palm Beach Shores are just a few new projects being built near the water. Bay Colony on the Intracoastal in Juno is building some beautiful waterfront condos with boat docks. Tierra Del Sol at Jupiter is finishing up their final phase of three story townhomes near Jupiter River Walk.
As you head West a bit we have the final phase of Abacoa Windsor Park being completed. The original development was begun by Divosta which sold out to Pulte during the Mallory Creek phase. Rialto just East of 95 is another large single family home community offering new construction and don't miss Jupiter Country Club, a brand new country club community here in Jupiter.
