This week we saw Jupiter home sales  stay status quo at 49 homes. Good news for home sales. There is one home I want everyone to look at which sold this week. 913 Loxahatchee Dr. This home came to market at $750,000 and went under contract immediately. The buyer had problems so they re-listed it and raised the price to $850,000. Home sold in less than 2 months at $795,000. It was on my 10 Best list when it came out at $750,000. This week we saw Jupiter home sales fall from 79 to just 28 homes selling this week.  This is the lowest number of home sales in Jupiter this year. You may think it is from low buyer demand but it is low inventory and limited choices for buyers that are keeping them from purchasing. As we get closer to the holidays you will see sales stagnant for the next month or so. We are seeing a few more new homes coming to the market than are going off but not enough to dramatically change the inventory levels or the buyers choices.
