Juno Beach has several oceanfront condos with direct ocean views, some dating back to the 1970's. Some of those popular Juno Beach condo associations include The Surf, Tower and the Brigadoon. They aren't fancy with bells and whistles of newer Juno Beach ocean condos but they are sitting on the prime oceanfront properties of Juno Beach.
For a luxury condo buildings, look at Beachfront, Waterfront or Oceanfront. All three were built in the nineties by the same developer and are the only condos on the beach with 9ft ceilings. The Beachfront is one of my favorite as the building has a unique shape that gives all the units expansive views with their floor to ceiling sliders.
The newest Juno Beach condos, Ocean Royale, sits across A1A and overlooks Juno Pier. The buildings are angled South which affords them spectacular views overlooking Juno preserve land to the south, and a great view looking all the way down Juno Beach. The elegance of this Juno Beach condo resembles a five star hotel.
Juno Beach Townhomes
Many homes sit in communities behind the condos up on the Juno Ridge, including Seaside. If you are looking for a newer townhome, try Juno Dunes or Ocean Ridge. For beachfront townhomes, try Pelican Walk, Cote De la Mar, or San Remo. The ultimate townhome is Nydal which consists of three large buildings sitting directly on the sand. The Juno Beach townhome communities give you beach living at affordable prices.
Juno Beach Activities
Walk or bike on one of the many trails, or just stroll along A1A. The walk around Pelican Lake offers a peaceful nature trail with opportunities for viewing wildlife. Stroll up the beach to Juno Pier where you can enjoy fishing, sightseeing, or spend a day watching the local surfers ride the waves. Within a short walk you have Key Grille and the Hurricane Cafe, both favorite restaurants of the locals.
The beach recently went through a major renourishment project in 2010 which greatly enlarged the shoreline and made Juno Beach one of the nicer stretches of beach in the area. Not just popular with human residents, Juno beach is home to some one of the largest nesting grounds for Loggerhead turtles in the state.
