  I am sorry but last week I missed sending out my report. I had an extremely busy week and just couldn't get it done.                       

This week we had 41 homes close and the week before 42 went under contract. Both really good weeks in December. Season is here and I have been very busy with new customers flying in looking for properties.  I have added a few new properties to my 10 best list this week.  

 

Looking for a newer home under $300,000 take a look at 169 Via Veracruz in Paseos. Listed at $283,900. Great value.

    Jupiter Report December 8, 2010  Thinking of Selling or Know someone looking  to SELL!                                Call Me!                             This week we had 65 homes close, up from 41 last week.  This is the most homes closed in many months and shows how well the Jupiter market is. We have some new listings this week that might catch your eye.
