I want to wish everyone up North the best as we were very lucky to be mildly impacted from  that massive storm that hit you this week. I have been following the news and the situation is quite bad with massive flooding. I will be thinking about you as I watch the news.

This week we saw Jupiter home sales rise again from 45 homes to 49 which is good news for this time of year.  I saw a couple good deals in the sales for the week but overall the prices are moving upwards.  The above Mallory Creek townhome was listed last week and is under contract. Jupiter Home Sales Report

This week we saw Jupiter home sales fall from 66 homes to 43 homes this week. I predicted we should see a bit of a lull. Lets see what happens in the coming weeks. I hope everyone read the Palm Beach Post article regarding inventory levels of homes on a decline. The Bluffs homes had 2 sales this week and the sales prices continue to climb in that neighborhood with 1 home in original condition on the lake selling for $420,000 and a home that sits next to US 1 selling for $332,500. I also saw a nice Bluffs pool home that has been remodeled come on the market this week for $469,000. Just a month ago a similar home came on the market at $415,000 and ended up selling for $425,000. You can see a rising trend in prices for Bluffs…

This week we saw Jupiter home sales continue to rise  to 66 homes from 61 homes last week. We should start to see a little lull in home sales in the next few weeks as we enter our quiet time of the year. I could be wrong but in the past this is our slow time. I continue to see strong sales at the Ritz Carlton in Singer Island as another 2 plus million dollar condo closed this week. We also saw quite a few waterfront homes sell this week again as demand for waterfront properties continues to be strong. See Loxahatchee Dr which was listed at $750,000 was raised to $850,000 in my 10 best list below.The Bluffs homes had 4 sales this week and the sales prices continue to climb in that neighborhood with 3 of the 4 homes at $400,000 plus. WE continue to see more good news for real estate here in Jupiter and Juno Beach. The Palm Beach Post had three articles this week showing increased sales over last year by 8%, home prices up 12% and inventory levels down to 5 months, the lowest level in years. Six months is considered a neutral buyers/sellers market so now it seems that the sellers are gaining an edge on the buyers.

I have seen it first hand in the past few months on offers by buyers looking to steal a property. After finding out the sellers are not so easy to neogiate with and holding firm on their prices the buyers are questioning the market. Jupiter Homes for Sale- Jupiter Real Estate

This week we saw Jupiter home sales rise from 60 to 75 homes selling last week. The waterfront home from last week's featured listing went under contract already. It did not last a week just as the home the week before on the water did not last a week. You will notice 5 waterfront homes all above a million and a few in the 2 million dollar mark sold this week.  Waterfront homes are hot right now. The Surf #702 that had been remodeled that I was saying was a nice unit sold for $465,000 this week. Ocean Walk home on Angelfish which was a bank owned property and in need of severe updating for $435,000. It was the least expensive home in the community.
