    Jupiter Report  January 21, 2011               Thinking of Selling?    Know someone looking  to SELL!                             Call Me!                          This week we had 34 homes close, down  from last weeks 62 homes.  As you can see the sales follow the actual contract by a month or so. These properties were put under contract early December and are closing now. The next two week's should be lower then the average 50 or so homes.       I want to talk about short sales a bit today and show you a property in Sea Colony that I had quite a few calls on. Jupiter Report  January 7, 2011                  Thinking of Selling?       Know someone looking  to SELL!                             Call Me!     I am sorry, but last week I missed sending out my report. I had an extremely busy week and just couldn't get it done.                        This week we had 51 homes close and the week before 50 homes sold. This was up from 40 and 41 the previous two weeks. That is really strong sales for the last two weeks of December.  Where else do you see 100 homes close in two weeks over a holiday period? I continue to emphasis this that are market is so much stronger then anywhere in Florida.    Homes are selling. Boca Raton a much larger town then Jupiter had 390 homes sell. Delray Beach had…

  I am sorry but last week I missed sending out my report. I had an extremely busy week and just couldn't get it done.                       

This week we had 41 homes close and the week before 42 went under contract. Both really good weeks in December. Season is here and I have been very busy with new customers flying in looking for properties.  I have added a few new properties to my 10 best list this week.

We have some new listings this week that might catch your eye.   Jupiter Report  October 26, 2010     Thinking of Selling or Know someone looking  to SELL!                                Call Me!                             This week we had 37 homes close, down from 41 last week.  You will notice alot more homes selling instead of the inexpensive condos . Look how many $300,000 plus homes sold this week.  I spoke to an agent in Orlando this week and asked how his market was. He said it was slow. To much inventory and not a big demand. This is what keeps our prices up is the low inventory levels compared to most other areas. If you go down south to Boynton Beach and West Palm they just keep sprawling west. I can't believe it but it is that time of year again. Halloween means not just candy for the kids but the end of hurricane season and the bringing of cool mornings to the Jupiter area. Fall is in the air. There is nothing better then waking up and having a little chill in the air and enjoying a walk along the beaches here in Jupiter or taking a jog along the beaches up on A1A. You will notice the amount of people out enjoying a bike ride or early morning walk when the weather changes here.

Halloween also means tractor trailers with a load of out of state plates coming back to get away from the weather up north. All of a sudden you start seeing NJ, NY, MA,Ct license plates and you know season is just around the corner.
