The Shores of Jupiter

The Shores of Jupiter is located off Central Blvd north of Indiantown Rd in Jupiter.  There are about 600 homes in the development winding through nature preserves and lakes.  The Shores gives you a New England feel with Florida weather. The Shores was built in five phases starting in the mid eighties.  All the lots were originally sold to custom home builders so there are a myriad of floor plans and homes to choose from.  Rutenberg, Avanti and GMD  (Guy Divosta) are a few of the local  builders who have built in this popular Jupiter community.

The Shores of Jupiter homes range from about 1800 square feet and up to nearly 3000 sq. ft with most homes around 2,200 sq. ft.  The Shores features many different styles of construction from wood frame to CBS. Most of the original homes featured cedar shake roofs which are now being replaced with Key West style metal roofs or barrel tile. Many of the homes are single story.
