Old Towne Juno Beach 

Old Towne in Juno Beach is a street of newly built homes on the old narrow long lots of Juno Beach. There are so few homes on the street you rarely seen one on the market.These large beachside homes are usually 3 stories or more and 4,000 sq. ft and larger.  Most were built in the building boom of 2004-2005 where old Juno Beach cottages were torn down and replaced with mini mansions. No longer were the homes worth more than the lot itself. The dirt has become so valuable that building large homes has become the norm. Most of the homes run perpendicular to the street on the long narrow lots that once held small beach cottages. There are no ocean views from these homes but they offer a large amount of sq. footage. Olde Town Juno Beach Homes

With many of the homes being built here along the beach area in Juno we are seeing multiply stories to accommodate the larger homes being built today. Many of the original lots in both Juno Beach and Jupiter were designed to be winter retreats for snowbirds. But as demographics changed and more younger people were coming to Florida their needs for larger homes exploded. No longer was 1,000 sq. ft large enough for a full time family so the house near the beach have expanded in size. Most of the Juno Beach homes are on the West side of Ocean Drive with many different communities along this small stretch of beach area property. Most of the homes are a decent walk to the beach especially when you are on the South end of Juno where Pelican Lake is. The few single family home communities on the East side of Ocean Drive tend to not come to market very often at all. Most of the single family homes in Olde Town Juno Beach enjoy short walks to the beach and enjoy the the quiet feel of Juno Beach.
