Sea Colony Jupiter is a gated beachside community with single family homes and townhouses. The Lake homes are attached single family homes with two car garages and are 2,200 sq. ft. There are about 4 different floor plans with some having the master on the ground floor while others have the master upstairs. The most popular homes are the lakefront homes which give you some space behind your home as well as a nice backyard. The no lake homes have fenced in yards and homes behind you.  A few have private pools. Most are a short walk to the beach and the community has a beautiful pool area as well as fitness center and tennis. Large dogs are allowed in the homes and the townhouses. It is an active beachside community.

Just across the street from the Jupiter dog beach Sea Colony is one of the more popular large Jupiter pet friendly communities for both dog lovers and beach people alike. I have a list of Jupiter pet friendly condos for large dogs. You will see many large dogs inside this community as it is one of just a few communities that allow large dogs. The community features two gated walkways at each end of the community for easy beach access for everyone. Kite Beach is just to the North of  Sea Colony and is a great place to watch them on a windy day. They are amazing to watch. The Bluffs beach path runs to the North of Sea Colony between the community and Bluffs Ocean North condos. The community has a very nice size pool and pool area with a spa and some covered outdoor space where you will find owners playing cards or just enjoying a pool day. The fitness center is small with some weights and machines and a few treadmills. It is nothing extravagant but will work. There are several health clubs just minutes away for the serious fitness enthusiast. The community features two tennis courts as well. Sea Colony just finished a major renovation of all the balconies, stucco and impact windows in many units plus painting in 2017.

Jupiter Beach Lifestyles

The community is quite active and you will find garages full of bikes, kayaks, surf boards and other outdoor sports equipment. Veryfew places near the beach have garages so instead of putting your car in there you find sports gear instead. The beach in front of Sea Colony is one of the better beach spots along Beach Rd. The mornings you will find many of your neighbors walking their dogs out on the beach and throughout the day the cross walk in front of Sea Colony is always full of beach goers. A greater number of the residents of Sea Colony are full time people so you always seem to have a lot going on here.
