There are only 4 models A,B,C and D. Many Ocean Walk homes have been customized with unique characteristics. You will see homes that have been covered with stucco or major renovations to the interiors. Each back yard is walled in from the other neighbor's homes. It is just across from the beach with an entrance off A1A as well as US 1. Located next to Xanadu by the Sea each Jupiter beach community has unique characteristics. Once inside your home you have that resort feeling with most rooms overlooking your private pool area. The homes in Ocean Walk were designed so other homes can not look into your back yards. Pets are allowed in Ocean Walk. They allow 2 rentals per year with a 90 day minimum. The have a low HOA fee which covers the common grounds and gates.
