Seaside of Juno Beach is a small subdivision on A1A in Juno Beach of Key West style homes. The two street community has an array of single family homes all with a key West flair. A short walk to the beach and Pelican Lake in Juno Beach. This is a quaint little beachside community. You'll love the key west style homes in this well maintained beach community. Many of the homes are one and two story homes ranging from 2,000 sq. ft and up. The one story tend to have tall ceilings with lots of windows and French doors. Each home is painted with pastel colors and large patios. The small community has very few resales so finding a home here may be difficult. Living in Seaside Juno Beach

The community of Seaside is just a short walk around Pelican Lake which is a favorite for local dog owners to exercise their dogs. You are a short 5-7 minute casual walk to the beaches of Juno. Walk through some of the Juno Beach oceanfront condos and the path will lead you to a beautiful beach. There is a public walkway that runs to the South of Pelican Lake which leads up to the beach. You will find the beach quite peaceful there especially during the off season when the condo owners are not in residence. The beach area has no public parking on the South end of the beach so you will only find locals enjoying the beach here. Minutes away you will find PGA Blvd and a host of fine dining as well as shops. Singer Island is always another place that is minutes away for casual dining for waterfront dining at Sailfish Marina which overlooks the Intracoastal. You may want to take a bike ride down here to MacArthur Beach Park and do some kayaking in the shallow waters of the Intracoastal and see the wildlife.The Park consists of 433 acres of waterfront property and sits near the Singer Island waterfront condos. Boaters may enjoy living on the wide waters of the Loxahatchee River in any of the Jupiter waterfront communities.
