Many buyers have remodeled and made some very nice changes to the original floor plans which are very popular today. Some of the Bluffs homes in Jupiter have built second story lofts over the vaulted side of the  living room or added a second floor to the one bedroom that has a vaulted ceiling. Many have opened up the galley kitchen and pushed the kitchen back into the living room. The master bath has a shower and large roman tub. Many have added skylights to the living area and the bathrooms. The back side of the house is all glass sliders for light and access to patio. Both communities have pool and tennis. The proximity to Jupiter beach, the construction and size make the Bluffs homes in Jupiter excellent values. In the Bluffs River there are several waterfront homes sitting on the Intracoastal with boat docks. These Jupiter homes are selling at a million dollar plus range and offer large back yards. More Jupiter Beach Homes

If you are looking for a true walk to the beach community here in Jupiter we have some other options to consider. Sea Colony just across US 1 from the Bluffs is an alternative for single family homes. Most of the Sea Colony homes are attached so they don't offer a private backyard like the Bluffs homes but you are just a few hundred feet to the beach inside a gated community. Ocean Walk is another gated beachside community in Jupiter that offers 4 different floor plans with a walled in courtyard style backyard complete with a private pool. Ocean Walk are wood frame construction and not CBS like the Bluffs. Many of the Ocean Walk Jupiter homes are less than 400 yards to the beach. Xanadu by the Sea is next to Ocean Walk and is a single street that has 60 plus homes on smaller lots. Most are two story homes with some having wonderful views of Carlin Park behind them. Jupiter Key is another small beach community with Key West style homes on smaller lots. Most homes are wood frame and two or three stories. They sit  just across from the beach as well and is a gated community. Olympus behind them is larger homes on much larger lots and several sit on the lake.
