Surfside Hills is Juno's newer beachside homes that are large 3,000 plus sq. ft Boca style homes on small lots. Most have pools and are just a short walk to Juno's near private beaches. If you are  looking for that mega mansion feel then check out Surfside Hills or Old Towne of Juno Beach. Surfside Hills encompasses only a few streets here in Juno Beach so you will only find  a few homes for sale at anytime. Most of the homes are two story designs and feature a modern look unlike many of the other Juno Beach communities. The large homes afford very little outdoor space so many will have elevated decks to enjoy outdoor living.

Juno Beach Seaside Communities

With so many different beachside communities here in Juno Beach choosing the perfect community may be difficult. From older style Florida cottages to mega mansions in Old Towne and everything in between such as Seaside Juno Beach or Alicante. Juno Beach offers homes from just under $500,000 to well over 5 million. The limited number of beach homes here in Juno Beach are always  popular choices. Many of the communities are not gated which may push some buyers away but don't let that stop you from looking for a home here in Juno Beach. A Juno Beach home is always a great investment and a favorite area of mine to live. The small town feel reminds you of years ago when Florida was just growing and you knew all of your neighbors. You can see the transition going on in this beachside community as more and more homes are being torn down and replaced with modern homes. This beach community should be on you must see list when visiting Jupiter to buy a home. Juno Beach seaside communities offer near private beaches and a quaint little seaside town. Juno Beach also has some nice oceanfront condos that sit on the sand unlike Jupiter where most are across A1A. Singer Island condos do sit on the sand which offers a total beach experience.
