Frenchmens Landing Palm Beach Gardens
Frenchmen's Landing was developed in the mid 80's as the MacArthur Foundation released parcels of land in prime locations in Palm Beach Gardens. This single family home community gated community was built in the midst of an oak hammock, when the trend was building frame homes. Most of the earlier homes that were built are frame or frame stucco houses but the newer homes tend to be CBS. Several custom builders including Sunshine Homes and Fred Vecchione played a major part in the development of Frenchmen's Landing Palm Beach Gardens. The community offers an unmanned gate for residents' security. A popular older community in PBG.

Frenchmens Landing Palm Beach Gardens Homes
Located off Prosperity Farms Rd between Donald Ross and PGA Blvd Frenchmens Landing is minutes to the epicenter of Palm Beach Gardens. Frenchmen's Landing Palm Beach Gardens offers a wide array of floor plans, both one and two story primarily in the 2200-3000 square foot range. Most of the 51 homes are ranch style with vaulted ceilings on larger lots and not the typical zero lot line you see today. Many Frenchmen's Landing homes offer private pools geared towards enjoying the Florida outdoors. The community features tennis courts, walking trails and a playground. This community is perfect for the buyer looking for some yard and a private gated community. Since it's development a few neighboring communities such as Frenchmen's Reserve Golf and Country Club as well as The Sancutuary have been developed near by.
