Ready to move to Florida but your not looking for that zero lot lined community. You may want to look at homes in Jupiter Farms for sale or Palm Beach Country Estates. Both give you some space and the opportunity to afford the lifestyle that suits your needs. In the Farms you will find both paved roads and dirt packed roads and they type of road your on will determine the value of the homes. The closer to Indiantown Rd also gives a boost to home values as well.

Many homeowners buy in the community for the ability to store boats and RV's on your property. Some desire to have horses and enjoy the trails out in the Farms. Many venture over to Riverbend Park which is a natural area with bike and horse trails plus kayaking as well. One of my favorites for a relaxing bike ride with plenty of shade trees and always see some wildlife.  Homes in this community range from 1,300 sq. ft wood frame homes built in the early 80's to monster CBS homes in the last few years. It has become more popular in the past few years as we are seeing newer and better built homes with property being built.

Lifestyles in Jupiter Farms

A county pocket with a Jupiter address the Farms were zoned residential and agricultural where we once had many plant farms, nurseries and horse paddocks. Burt Reynolds is probably the most popular resident from the community and he owned the Reynolds Ranch. It was a 153 acre parcel of land which Reynolds filmed many of his movies there. It has now been sold and 30 new home sites will be built there. It has evolved from affordable place to live back in the early 80's to large estates being built in the area. The majority of the homes are 2,000 sq. ft homes on 1.25 acre lots.  There is a wide selection of options and lifestyles available here in Jupiter Farms.
