  Jupiter- Singer Island - Hutchinson Island- Boca Raton - Highland Beach Condo Market Report

I pulled the year over year data from our MLS on several different areas to try and see any trends and reflect what the numbers are saying and how they compare to what's happening in the market.   Boca Raton condos showed little change in the number of active, new listings,under contract and sold listings from last year but we did see a 17% rise in sales volume and a 14% rise in sales prices. Basically more condos sold for more money this year than last year. Boca Raton has a mixture of ocean condos and non-ocean condos so the sales prices could have been pushed higher by rising prices in non-ocean condos. Average sales prices for Boca…

                      Jupiter Real Estate Market

 As season winds down for 2016 and many snowbirds started home it's time to review the real estate market here in Jupiter. Inventory choices are still below what we have seen in the past and both buyer's and seller's are fighting over who is controlling the market. The number of new listings are growing which will increase buyers choices for homes. What I have seen this year is properties are either hot or ice cold and very little in the middle. The hot selling properties are the one's that have been updated nicely and require no work at all. Buyer's are willing to pay a premium for these properties and some of the prices are surprising me. Boca Raton to Hutchinson Island Real Estate- Vero Beach

I did some research and it is not only here but inventory levels North of us in Hutchinson Island and Vero Beach are at record lows as  well. In Ocean Village on Hutchinson Island there are just 14 condos for sale. Sounds like a good number but there are over 1,200 condos in the community. It is an oceanfront community of condos and single family homes.  Imagine in 1,200 condos you only have 14 options. Seems crazy. Vero Beach recently signed a contract with one of the local airlines to start commercial flights during the winter season into Vero airport. Direct flights into Vero will be a big boost for Vero Beach real estate. No longer will you have to drive to Orlando or West Palm Beach. Ease of…
