Tonight I visited the new Water Club Condos Sales office and picked up information about this new project on the water in North Palm Beach. Located next door to Old Port Cove a waterfront community that has been there since the 70's. Condos will start at $689,000 to $1,699,000 for the largeser condos and Penthouse condos will start at $1,000,000 and run to $2,749,000. The villas will range from $1,195,000 to $1,995,000.
