Million Dollar Listing Comes to Old Palm Golf Club in Palm Beach Gardens
This week we saw Old Palm Golf Club in Palm Beach Gardens on Million Dollar Listing Miami. This is the second episode where the agents partnered with another listing agent in Palm Beach County. The first was One Thousand Ocean in Boca Raton a luxury Boca Raton condo building on the Boca Inlet on the former Resort & Hotel. This week they came North to Palm Beach Gardens located just South of Jupiter.
Old Palm Golf Club is a prestige golf community that features an 18 hole Raymond Floyd designed golf course as the draw to this community. There is a beautiful Mizner design clubhouse with spa and fitness center as well as a club pool. THe community offers a beach club special at a local hotel to enjoy a day on the beach. Homes range in size from 3,400 sq. ft to up to 15,000 sq. ft. Golf Estates are the entry level homes starting about 2 million with Custom Estate homes running from 4 million on up. This is a true golfers community and a great place to spend your winters. One of just a few unique and prestige Jupiter golf communities are neighbors to Old Palm. We have a selection such as Jupiter Hills, Admiral's Cove and Frenchman's Creek.
They episode starts with Chad coming to Palm Beach Gardens to co -list this home with a local real estate agent as they have had very little traffic in the past 90 days. Needless to say he says he will get the home sold. Their answers to selling a home is having a big party for local brokers and agents. This seems to always be their exclusive marketing technique. Throw a party with free food and alcohol. Of course you will get agents that have nothing to do come for that. The top selling agents are working. Needless to say 509 days later and the house is still for sale. Maybe after being on a National TV show it will sell now. Let's see what happens. It goes to show you no matter who the agents are or what their secret marketing plan is that a home needs to be priced competively, show well and be easy to show to get it sold. If one of the pieces to this triangle are lacking your home isn't going to sell.
