Valencia at Abacoa

Valencia at Abacoa is the custom homes subdivision of Abacoa. Here you will find some of the largest homes with all the bells and whistles you would expect, and impeccably landscaped for complete privacy. Built out by four custom home builders, Valencia is the most desirable luxury community.

The Valencia courtyard homes with pools offer a smaller luxury option. A common feature in Valencia real estate is the bonus room above the garage which makes a great TV or game room for the family. Looking for a custom home in Abacoa, please look at Valencia the premier luxury Jupiter community.

Abacoa Homes for Sale

The majority of Abacoa homes were built by Divosta which is one of the prominent builders in the Jupiter area who built all of the Bluffs communities in Jupiter. You won't find the bells and whistles of Valencia but you will find a well constructed builder home. They have a community for everyone. The last phase Windsor Park  was completed in 2016.  The final phase offered several new floor plans as well as two distinct style of Jupiter homes. They also centered the homes on the lots giving you a more open feel and space than older Abacoa communities.

Newhaven has the New England feel with streets lined with shady oaks, and a touch of the New England style in the architecture. It was one of the early phases of Jupiter homes and still quite popular. It has the elementary school walking distance from the community.

The Island at Abacoa is very similar in style to Newhaven  except many of the homes are built around  the Abacoa  golf course - one of the finest public golf courses in the area. The homes that sit on the golf course are very popular with beautiful golf course views, front loading garages and are always great selling homes.

Tuscany has a Mediterranean feel and is located close to the downtown at Abacoa as well as  near Jupiter's Independence Middle School, situated in the heart of the community. You are a short walk to Roger Dean Stadium, Downtown  and the County Park. 

Looking for a British West Indies style architecture - look at Martinique in Abacoa. Several homes face the outer boundaries of the community and boast some of the largest backyards in this zero lot line community.

One of the newer communities is Mallory Creek which features a Key West theme. What sets Mallory Creek apart is the tree lined streets of large Royal Palms and the two neighborhood lakes. Developers here went a step above by adding a second community pool and a clubhouse with a fitness center. Mallory Creek had a few new floor plans and upgrades not available in previous communities in Abacoa. 

Windsor Park in Abacoa was the last and final phase in the community. Windsor Park homes were completed in 2016 and that will be the end of new construction in Abacoa in Jupiter. This community features Key West style homes as well as French provincial style home with stone facades.  

Abacoa  in Jupiter- Amenities

Every community in Abacoa has a community pool and clubhouse where residents pick-up their mail and run into their neighbors. Some of the things you will notice in Abacoa are the rear entry garages, alleyways and the front porches on every home. This is reminiscent of the old days where every home had sidewalks and front porches and neighborhood interaction was a commonplace.

Inside Abacoa, you have the Downtown Abacoa area with restaurants, bars and shopping. The spring training facility for the Cardinals and the Marlins is here, along with a golf course, skate park and Florida Atlantic University. Scripps Research just completed their new facility here.

Abacoa's location is conducive to just about anything you can think of; residents are just minutes to the beach, a short distance to I-95 and the Florida Turnpike. Downtown at the Gardens is just a few miles away and the Gardens Mall with all the shopping your heart desires. Many buyers find Abacoa on the top of their Jupiter homes search for so many reasons.
