San Palermo at Abacoa
San Palermo at Abacoa is unique in that there are just 34 townhomes in this Abacoa community. This is the only Abacoa that has no single family homes. San Palermo is the only Abacoa community without a pool or clubhouse. They feature just the larger 3bd/2.5 Ba townhomes with the outdoor patios and detached 2 car garages. They are all corner units with with side entrance front doors. Some of the units have either two master suites upstairs and a guest bedroom downstairs or three bedrooms upstairs and a den downstairs. The 4 bedroom townhomes have 3 bedrooms upstairs and full bath and bedroom at the front entrance. They are all about 1,800 sq. ft.

Jupiter Abacoa townhomes
San Palermo Abacoa is located next to Valencia Abacoa on the corner of Military Trail and Frederick Small Rd. All of the homes are located on Rivinia Dr. Some of the townhomes have a small pool in the patio area as this community has no community pool or clubhouse. Basic cable is included and pets are allowed. The rental policy is once per year. This is one of the communities that they squeezed in townhomes just because they had some extra land there. The PBC Fire station is located next door. This is probably one of the least desirable Abacoa communities in Jupiter due to its location and lack of amenities. Take a look at Mallory Creek Abacoa or Island at Abacoa as they are two of my favorite communities in Abacoa.
