Tuscany homes at Abacoa was built in 2003 and has  446 single family homes and townhomes with a Mediterranean style design. This community has only the larger style townhomes that are 3 or 4 bedrooms and detached 2 car garages with 1,800 sq. ft of living space. The Tuscany single family home designs are similar to other Abacoa communities. You will find homes ranging from 1,800 sq. ft to 3,500 sq. ft with most being around 2,500 sq. ft and two stories. There are a few single story Abacoa homes as large as 2,500 sq. ft  in Tuscany and are very popular.  Each Tuscany home has a red barrel tile roof. Located close to the County Skate Park and Independence Middle School it is a popular community for school aged children who can walk to school and the many area attractions.  Close to Roger Dean Stadium and Abacoa golf course. The HOA includes basic cable and limited landscaping. The community pool and clubhouse is centrally located. There is an extra playground green space in the community.
