Find most of the floorplans from both homes, townhomes and condos in Abacoa communities. Windsor Walk is the newest community followed by Mallory Creek. They are the only two Abacoa communities with new floorplans as well as options never seen before in Abacoa. This was the first two communities in Abacoa where they offered options. Impact windows, 42" kitchen cabinets with optional designs, wood floors, S/S appliances and new tile options. They also offered the European height bath vanities to match the kitchen cabinet design. What they did with the Nautica model downstairs was open up the living room and kitchen. No more was it split by the staircase. The enlarged eat in kitchen with island is bigger than many kitchens in the single family homes. They also enlarged the third bedroom upstairs. The new design was widely accepted and has become the most sought after floorplan. The Sandpiper is a popular new single family home model available. The 2bd plus den with open floorplan to kitchen and living area as well as enlarged master suite. The extra large front porch is always popular.
