The 2 bedroom condos are 1,200 sq. ft and have Intracostal views. Built in 1972 they have a day dock available where you can launch a kayak. The  community pool sits on the intracoastal giving you hours of entertainment watching the boats pass by. Ocean Villas does not allow pets and they have a 30 day minimum lease policy. There is no covered parking. The most desirable units are the 06 stacks which face West looking at the Intracoastal waterway and the Jupiter Lighthouse. These are affordable Jupiter Island condos for those on a budget but wanting beach living.
