La Mar Jupiter Island is located at 375 Beach Rd on the Intracoastal in Jupiter Island. The condos were built in 1972 and are 9 stories with 28 condos. There are 4 condos per floor so each is a corner unit. The 2 bedroom 2/bath units run about 1,525 sq. ft with two balconies. La Mar is a 55+ community with pool and community docks. Covered carport parking. No pets and a 6 month minimum rental policy. One of the best Intracoastal views you will find in any of the Jupiter Island condos.

La Mar Jupiter Island Features
With just 4 units per floor and two balconies you will get many different water views no matter which La Mar Jupiter Island condo unit you are in. The 03,04 are the direct Intracoastal stacks and both look up and down the blue waters near the Jupiter Inlet. It seems like you are sitting on the water from these two units and you still are getting ocean views as well. Several units have been combined to offer more living space. The community pool sits on the Intracoastal so you can swim in your pool and watch the boats go by. Boat dockage is available for up to about 25ft with boat davits available. The pool area has a small covered area with a barbecue grill as well. The building features a laundry room shared between the 4 units on each floor. They have a kayak storage area on the South end of the docks. It is agreat place to sit and relax as you watch the weekend entertainment on the water. La Mar is a favorite condo of mine with a charm and quaintness as well as wonderful views. Jupiter Island is the only area that offers Intracostal condos besides a few places such as the Jupiter Yacht Club or Jupiter Cove condos which has Intracoastal water views. If you want to be right on the Intracoastal with the ocean across the street Jupiter Island is the place to go.
