Built in 1996 it is one of the newer condos on Jupiter Island and sits on the Intracoastal waterway. The 11 story building features 20 condos either ocean facing units or Intracoastal facing units. Whichever unit it still affords both ocean and Intracoastal views looking North up the narrow Island. The 3bd/3.5 bath condos are 2,750 sq. ft under air with wrap around balconies on the North side. The condos feature 9ft ceilings and plenty of glass for water views. Two garage spaces come with each unit. Restrictions include no pets.
