The Landfall Jupiter Island is quite popular due to the large number of floor to ceiling windows in the condo. Wrap around balconies offer access from many rooms. The ground floor condos are elevated and sit one floor above the ground level. Even from the ground floor unit you did receive a slight ocean view. The ground floor condos also have an extr large lanai area.  The condo has 6 dock spaces available that will hold a 40ft boat plus. The community pool sits on the SE corner of the building for plenty of winter sun. The beach near the Landfall usually has a good amount of sand even in the winter. The beauty of many of the condos on Jupiter Island is that many condos have ocean and Intracoastal views and the blue ocean waters extend up along the island. Water sports on this stretch of Jupiter Island is very popular with the Intracoastal having a shallow sandy bottom and clear blue waters make seeing marine life quite easy. Many times you will see Manatee's in the channel as well as stingrays in the shallow waters. The wide Intracoastal makes it a great place to enjoy Florida outdoor living.
