The pool area features small cabanas for pool use. The building features exterior catwalks which was typical for older oceanfront buildings The corner 01/06 condos feature views to the South and North as well. As one of the earlier Jupiter condos you will find very few amenities in this complex. Most of the early oceanfront condos featured exterior catwalks and community laundry rooms. Many condos in the Island House have put in washer/dryer units in their condos. Basically the early condos were winter vacation homes only and buyers demands back then were quite different then today. The condos were part time residences with very few thrills. A pool, beach access and usually 1,200 to 1,400 sq. ft. with 8 ft ceilings, quite different from the Jupiter condo buyers of today. The community pool sits in the parking lot but you do get great unobstructed views from all your units in the building. The balcony offers access from the living area as well as the master bedroom. Jupiter Island has newer condos built in the 80's and mid 90's which offer more of what today's buyers are looking for.
