Old Port Cove
The Admiralty feature two twelve story buildings with 8 units per floor. They were the first condos built in 1971 in Old Port Cove. The address is 1200 and 1208 Marine Way. They feature studio apartments to two bedroom plus a den. They range from 1,000 sq. ft to just over 1,700 sq. ft. Marina Tower or Old Port Cove Building Five is a 20 story condo with just 4 units per floor built in 1974 in Old Port Cove.
