Built in 2006 the Resort at Singer Island was a WCI project. 22 floors and 306 units. 239 are all suite resort units which are setup for rentals and 66 residential condos are on site. The Resort has all the hotel facilities you would expect including concierge, valet, fitness center, pools and restaurants. The resort has 4,000 sq. ft of meeting rooms as well as an 8,500 sq. ft spa. Pets are allowed up to 40 lbs. Beach service with private cabanas. Condos range from 1/1 -769 sq. ft, 2/2 of 1,319 sq. ft, 3/3 of 2,800 sq. ft and 4 bedroom condos of 3,153 sq. ft. Monthly condo fees are high here.

The Resort at Singer island is one of the more popular Singer Island oceanfront condos with that vacation feel. The condo is really designed to be a vacation/hotel style community with private residences at the front of the building which include their own private elevator, concierge and garage parking. The private residences have the option to use all of the resort facilities. On Singer Island most of the condos are private residences and not a mixture of private and vacation suites.
