Water Glades Condos

The 5550 building is a pet friendly building while the 5540 building allows 4 leases per year.  The condos sit on a diagonal facing the Atlantic Ocean. Each 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has 1,500 sq. ft with a wrap around balcony. One side of the balcony is standing only while the other side is large enough for chairs and a table.
Floor to ceiling sliders give you views of the ocean and Intracoastal from your kitchen and living room. There are seven 3 bedroom units which are about 1,775 sq. ft. Basically they took the guest bedroom from the unit next door and added it to the 3 bedroom unit. The unit next door is now a large 1 bedroom of about 1,100 sq. ft.

My favorite building is the 5540 Condo B stack which has a SE exposure with Ocean and Intracoastal views. Another one I really like is the 5550 C stack which overlooks the ocean and MacArthur Park. It is probably one of the best views from the Water Glades  oceanfront condos on Singer Island.
