Paloma Homes

Paloma is a gated Palm Beach Gardens community built by Kolter Homes  from about 2007 till 2014. The community consists of townhomes on the North side and single family homes on the South side of the community. Each section of Paloma features a  a community pool with a clubhouse on the single family homes section. Paloma homes were each built around  a small lake and were the premier lots when new. The Paloma townhomes feature about 6 different floor plans ranging from 1,800 to 2,300 sq. ft under air with two car garages. The 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhomes feature 9ft ceilings downstairs and upstairs. The walls and ceilings both feature knock down textures. All the windows and sliders have impact windows.
