The Colony Juno Beach 

 The colony at Juno Beach features two buildingsin this oceanfront complex. The East building is three stories high with garage parking underneath and just 21 units in the building. The West building is two stories high and overlooks the swimming pool and the grounds in The Colony. The condos were built in 1968 and feature 2bd/2ba with 1324 ft.² of living space. The original balconies were doubled in size to nearly 16 feet in width. Many of the balconies have been enclosed and now are included as living space making the condos over 1700 ft.².

Being built in 1968 the Colony in Juno Beach features many building designs of that era. The building features exterior catwalks, an elevator as well as a community laundry room on each floor. The outside exterior features large columns over the main entrance with garage parking underneath. The West building is two stories in height without an elevator and overlooks the community settings including the pool. To the South of the community is a public beach access for other area condos. Many of the beach condos on the South end of Juno beach were some of the first buildings built and include the Greenbrier and the Seminole. Heading North you will pass all the Juno Beach condos and homes for sale.

If you are looking for something a bit more modern you may want to look at the Brigadoon in Juno beach which features two buildings with just four units per floor. Both the grounds and the building are meticulously maintained. If you want to step up to a Juno Beach luxury condos you may want to look at the Beachfront which is next-door to the Brigadoon. This boutique building was built in the mid-90s and features wraparound balconies, floor-to-ceiling windows and 9 foot ceilings. In between we have an array of different condos and townhouses here in Juno Beach which may suit you. Look across the Inlet and you will see a favorite beach community Jupiter Inlet Colony.  You will notice the Jupiter Island condos sit on the sand as well.
