They were built in 1987 and each unit has an elevator that brings you to your 3rd floor master suite. There are 3 bedrooms plus a media room/office as well as a 4th floor loft with a sundeck. Off the living room is a large balcony for morning sunrises. They also feature a two car garage with a small backyard. The community has no pool. The three story townhomes have terrific views of the beach and many are just used as weekend beach homes. Cote De La Mer is a larger gated community that has two buildings on the beach. The three story townhomes have a garage and a carport unlike San Remo which has only open parking. Nydal townhomes is the last community of oceanfront townhomes in Juno Beach. Cote De La Mer has the most amenities and they have garages, a community pool and is gated. All three Juno Beach communities are unique and offer spectacular oceanfront living. Other options include Juno Beach oceanfront homes in 700 Ocean Drive which start at 3 million or more.

Many of the oceanfront town houses here in Juno beach offer a unique opportunity to live on the beach and not be in a condo environment. This is as close to living in a single-family home you will find in this price range. The biggest challenge I have to overcome is that many of the town houses are multi-stories even though they have elevators many buyers prefer one level living.
