The Horizon sits on the sand at 600 Ocean Dr in Juno Beach, Fl. Built in 1981 the 12 story building has 4 units per floor and large balconies. The condos are spacious and have lots of sliders for great ocean views. There are 2 and 3 bedroom condos ranging from 1,453 to 1,753 sq. ft. The A & B condos are direct oceanfront. Many of the Juno Beach condos have opened the kitchen up for better ocean views.The community is not gated but does have a secured foyer entrance and building manager on -site. There are 33 covered parking spaces so not all condos get a covered space. Owners are allowed a 30lb pet and the rental restrictions is once per year with a minimum 2 months. The stackable washer/dryer are located in the kitchen. The community has a fitness center, club room and saunas. The pool sits on the South side of the condo and has a locked beach access. Juno Beach Ocean Condos
Juno Beach is all the condos sitting on the sand and they are much more desirable than Jupiter ocean condos for that reason. It is reflective in the price as condos in Juno are slightly higher in price than similar Jupiter condos. Priced just a bit below Jupiter Island condos they are always in high demand. Most of the condos are older buildings with very few amenities. The 3 newest buildings on the sand are now approaching 20 years in age. The newest building Ocean Royale sits on the West side of A1A but offers some of the largest condos on the beach as well as the most amenities.
