Brigadoon Juno Beach is a gated two unit complex with 47 units in each building. The units were constructed in 1977. The East building provides direct oceanfront views.  The West offers partial ocean views and great sunsets. Four units per floor, 2 bedroom/2 baths at 1760 square feet and 2 bedroom/2.5 baths/den that are 2045 square feet.  On the first floor there in a smaller one bedroom floor plan option.  The  C/D stacks are on the East side of both buildings and are the larger units. They are the direct oceanfront condos in the East building.Owners at Brigadoon can take advantage of amenities that include a spacious, updated reception area with marble floors,  a game room for your card group, a reading room/library for quiet escape.  There is also a fitness room for workouts in each building along with saunas. The poolhouse has a fully equipped kitchen for your use.  Around the pool area are some cabanas as well as a nice green space as you enter down to the beach. Each unit has one underground parking space for your vehicle. The views from the condos are both ocean and city views so even at night you have some beautiful views. The large condos are well maintained and a favorite building of mine.  No pets are allowed and they have a 3 month minimum rental once per year with no leases the first year.  Brigadoon condominiums take full advantage of easy access to major highways and the Palm Beach International Airport.  A morning walk can take you easily to Pelican Lake serenity or breakfast to the Juno Beach Café. Walk or bike the up A1A and see the ocean condos in Jupiter as well as a great way for some morning exercise. Looking for a day of shopping?  Head to the Palm Beach Outlet Mall in West Palm Beach or hop in the car for a quick trip to the Gardens Mall.  The northern Palm Beach County area is home to many public and or private golf courses if you want to tee off.  For an evening of theater you can head to the Maltz Theater in Jupiter or Kravis Center in West Palm.  Whether you’re looking for a quiet day of relaxation or a night on the town you’ll be ready and close to everything at Brigadoon.  Minutes from all that Jupiter has to offer many people just overlook Juno Beach.
