Esplanade at Traditions

Esplanade at Traditions is an quaint 55+ active adult community in Port St. Lucie. Located close to downtown Traditions this Taylor Morrison community. The community began in 2021. The community will feature approximately 600+ homes which the original homes featured a Mediterranean architecture.  The second phase had some design changes with a more coastal style and eliminated the Spanish tile roofs and heavy exterior columns. This design is more intune with the newer section of PGA Verano and Valencia Vista. 

The single story homes range from 1,600 to 3,000 sq. ft under air with open design floorplans and features such as extended patios for more shaded outdoor living.  Each home is either 2 bedrooms plus den/office or true 3 plus bedrooms.
