The four club villas feature the Areca, Bismarck, Sabal and the Royal. The attached villas are single and two story villas with either a single car or two car garage from 1,293 to 1,889 sq. ft. Prices start at $335,000 for the entry model which is the Areca. The end unit Bismarck is very popular which gives the unit extra windows. All are 2 bedroom plus optional den or 3rd bedroom with 2 car garages. They make great vacation homes or full time places for smaller families. Each model offers specific features to that model that may sway you towards a specific model. The Ibis and Sanderling offer island options for your kitchen. The Sanderling offers an 11ft ceiling in the foyer plus entry through the garage to your laundry room. Prices for the Premier Collection begin around $450,000.
Regal Collection -Riverland Homes
The Regal Collection in Riverland features the Lucia, Sierra, Monacello and the Tribeca which are single story homes from 1,842 to 2,254 sq. ft. All are 2 bedroom plus optional den or 3rd bedroom with the Tribeca offering an extra bedroom or den for 4 full bedrooms. The Monacello is the only model that offers golf cart storage in the garage plus two cars by extending garage for golf cart storage. Sierra is the only model which offers an island kitchen plus a coffered 11 to 12 ft ceiling in the foyer entrance. The Sierra is the only model that does not have the primary suite at the back of the home. The Regal Collection homes by GL Homes start just under $500,000.
Signature Collection -Riverland Homes
The Signature Collection at Riverland features the Atlantica, Costa, Palazzo and the Bimini model which range from 2,167 to 2,352 sq. ft with either 3 or 4 bedroom options. The Signature Collection is one of the most popular home collections as it is large enough for full time residence or snowbirds with large families. This is the collection that gives you the option for two full cars and a garage for your golf cart. The Palazzo , Atlantica and Bimini offer an extra golf cart storage garage option. They also offer coffered 12ft ceilings in this collection in all the models except the Palazzo. The Bimini model is the largest and most popular model in this collection. Homes prices start at $575,000.
Vintage Collection -Riverland Homes
The Vintage Collection which features the Elena, Caroline, Bianca, Madison or the Julia offers 5 models from 2,569 to 2,753 sq. ft with either 3 or 4 bedroom options and all feature either an extra garage golf cart space or full 3 car garage. The Vintage Collection homes are on wider lots than the Signature Collection. The Vintage Collection also features 10 ft ceilings throughout instead of the 9ft ceilings. My favorite model is the Madison which features the standard 2 car garage plus golf cart garage attached for one large garage and the very open floorplan with large kitchen island. If I was buying a home and wanted a pool I would purchase in the Vintage Collection as you can still fit a nice pool and have plenty of patio space. The Vintage Collection starts at just under $700,000.
Crown Collection -Riverland
The top of the line Crown Collection features Bellagio, Carlye, Michele or the Tivoli are 2,668 to 3,496 sq. ft. The homes all feature 3 or 4 bedrooms plus 3 car garages. They are all situated on larger lots. This collection is not quite as popular as the Vintage but is still a very popular collection if you are looking for a large home. They start at just under $800,000 and can easily reach a million with upgrades and a pool.
