Ocean Towers Condos

Ocean Towers Condos are sister buildings at 9400 and 9490 S Ocean Drive on Hutchinson Island. The South building is the "A" building and the North building is the "B" building. The Ocean Towers are 12 stories tall with 80 units per building. Eight condos per floor.  The condos were built in 1981. The 01 and 08 are the corner units in the B building and the 09 and 16 are the corner units in the A building. The corner units have the wrap around balcony with the extra slider in the living room and a window in the dining room window. The condos are 2bd/2ba with 1,053 sq. ft of living space. The master bedroom has the large window and the patio is off the living room. The condo has a small stackable washer/dryer located in the hall closet with the A/C and water heater. The community features open parking and an unmanned gate. No lobby.

The condos share a pool located in  between the two buildings and each condo has a tennis court. The condo has no fitness center, lobby or club rooms. The condos are pet friendly and allow 1 pet under 20lbs.
