Jupiter Florida

Jupiter is a special place and has won numerous awards from National magazines and newspapers. It was named the 9th Best Southern Beach Town to live in by Stacker Newsletter for 2022. Jupiter was rated as the 12th Best Beach Town in the United States by WalletHub in 2018, and as the 9th Happiest Seaside Town in the United States by Coastal Living in 2012.

Jupiter was a quaint little surf community back in 1986 when I first worked here. It was the new and upcoming town reminiscent of Boca Raton and on it's way to the best community in Palm Beach County.  Back then I-95 stopped at PGA Blvd and you would head East to US 1 to reach Juno and Jupiter. US 1 was still preserve land with sand dunes and beach parking on the side of the street.

The building boom in the mid 80's saw places like the Bluffs being the most desirable communities with buyers waiting in line to purchase Jupiter beach homes and condos built by Divosta. This building boom ended quickly and Jupiter sat nearly untouched till the mid 90's again. Since that time the building boom and crazy house flipping days of the mid 2000's saw places like Abacoa and Egret Landing expanding the population of Jupiter like it never saw before.

Lastly came Covid and that changed the landscape of not just Jupiter but Florida and everyone was moving to Florida. The new construction homes in Jupiter took off once again but geared towards bigger and bigger estate size homes for the full time residents moving here.
