Dune Walk Condos Hutchinson Island

Located at 7370 and 7380 S Ocean Drive in Jensen Beach on Hutchinson Island you will find the two sister condos sitting on the ocean. The community is tucked back in behind Ocean Bay Villas next door to the Sand Dollar Shores. You enter a unmanned gate and find open parking for each building. The B building is North and the A building is South. They feature a  shared community pool between the buildings. The Dune Walk is near the pool which leads you to the beach. The Dune Walk condos are 2bd/2Ba with 984 sq. ft of living space plus a single patio. The 11,16,17 and 22 stacks are the corner units in the buildings. The master bedroom has a large window instead of sliding glass doors. Very similar in design to Ocean House.  The condos have small stackable washer/dryer units in the hallway closet next to the A/C and water heater.  The 9 story condos feature 6 condos per floor with 54 units per building and was built in 1983. The corner condos have the wrap around balconies. Pet restrictions allow 1 small pet under 20lbs.  The pool area features a small fitness center, club room with kitchen. The Dune Walk has ocean views from the 3rd floor or higher. The beach isn't quite as wide and nice as condos to the South on Hutchinson Island.
