Growing up in Boca back in the late 70's it was one of the most beautiful places here in Florida. We had a small number of oceanfront condos as well as Intracoastal condos along our barrier island. East Boca had what we called the Golden Triangle of homes in Boca featuring Mizner Park and the waterfront and canal homes. You were minutes to the beaches, close to great shopping and you had a quiet little cozy town with a very personable feel.
As Boca grew we saw expansion West of 95 but the true Boca was always East of 95. Royal Oak Hills, Old Floresta and Royal Palm Yacht were where your friends lived.
