Jupiter River Walk     Â
The $144 million dollar Harbouside Plaza on the North side of Indiantown Rd on the Intracoastal is about 40% complete. This is a huge project for Jupiter which will include 360,000 sq. ft total. On the old site of the Burt Reynolds Museum this parcel of land has had many businesses come and go though the years. The mainstay of the project will be a 4 star Wyndham Grand Hotel with 179 rooms, rooftop terrace with a pool and bar.   This should be a beautiful hotel with Intracoastal views from many rooms and just a few minutes to the beaches of Jupiter.
Look for Jupiter Real Estate and buy a home before the new River Walk is complete.
We will also see 60,000 sq. ft of office space, 54,000 sq. ft of retail space and about 37,000 sq. ft of restaurant space. Too Bizarre is putting a restaurant in the complex as they already have one location across the bridge that has been there for years. Great restaurant. In fact they are breaking ground across the bridge on the West side for a new Fresh Market here in Jupiter. There will be two marinas, one will include 22 leaseable slips for boats to 60ft and nine transient boat slips for day docking.
You will be able to walk from Harbourside Place to the Dive Bar, another outdoor restaurant located in the Jupiter Yacht Club next to our office. You will also be able to walk to Jettys, Guanabanas, Schooners and the new restaurant next door to Jetty's. This will be an outdoor bar/restaurant ( casual) with tables in the sand overlooking the Intracoastal and Jupiter Lighthouse. In the old Charlies Crab on the West side of that bridge we have seen plans for another new restaurant on Jupiter Harbour property.
This will be the place to go. There will be 10+ restaurants on River Walk along with outdoor bars. Boaters will have the option to come to dinner by boat. This will drastically change the sleepy town feel of Old Jupiter and you can bet we will be drawing people from down South and up North to visit the River Walk. Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
