The Bluffs Ocean North were built in the mid 80's by Divosta and are quite similar to the Bluffs Ocean South and the Marina at the Bluffs. The condos are 1,385 sq. ft under air and feature stacked 2bd/2ba units with the kitchen opening into the living area. They also feature a large laundry room and storage area inside the condo. With just 4 buildings in this community you have tennis courts back by US 1 and the pool sits up near the beach road next to building 101. The beach access gate is located at the 101 building which is the closest building to the ocean. The Bluffs North feature large single balconies with room for a nice size table and chairs. The Bluffs Ocean North features an unmanned gate with the main entrance of US 1.
