Jupiter Oceanfront Condos for Sale

The oceanfront condo market continues to improve as inventory levels are down to nearly the point where many condos don't have any units for sale. Direct oceanfront condos are scarce. We are seeing side views, back views but that direct view is almost non existent to find and the price will be approaching the million mark and higher for newer buildings.

In Juno the least expensive direct ocean is $750,000 and this is an 80's building that needs updating. Ocean Royale direct units are starting at 1.6 milion and last year they were just over a million.  Entry level ocean condos are now pushing $350,000 for low end condos with ok ocean views  if you can find one.

My biggest challenge is finding properties period. I am seeing many properties selling in  a few days with multiple offers.

Abacoa townhomes that sold last year for $250,000 are now at $300,000. The sub $200,000 market is  a joke. That market is so hot that if you blink for  a minute the property is gone. People wil come in and say I wouldn't pay $150,000 for that and a  day later it's under contract at $200,000. Until they lose a few deals they either push they to buy the very next property they see and aren't baseful with their offer or they just go somewhere else that is less expensive.

Demand for Jupiter homes has never been so high. We still aren't near our peak bubble prices in many communities. Some are still 50% below peak and have room to rise.  You must be an educated buyer more now than ever in this real estate market. Start looking for Jupiter condos today. Prices and demand are not going down. Interest rates are still so low it makes sense to buy. Hot communities have people waiting for a home to pop up in that community.
