This week we saw Jupiter home sales rise from a record low of 28 last week to 68 homes selling this week in Jupiter. Sales of homes in Jupiter continue to be strong and season is just beginning. I continue to hear about the bad economy but as I have said in the past the really nice places to live down in South Florida are becoming more difficult to find. Everyday you read about crime, congestion down South in Broward and lower Palm Beach County. We are seeing less desirable areas so people are flocking to those areas causing higher demand and price increases. We are at the lowest inventory levels since the boom of 2005 where the homes we selling in days. With low inventories no matter what the price is of the lowest priced home in a community they are selling. So if you are out looking and the lowest priced home is available for sale you can almost guarantee it will be sold in a few days. Really take a look at the number of homes in any given community and if there are more than a few homes for sale in that community there are a lot. Along the beach I know of several communities that don't have any homes for sale.

Many of you who have worked with me know I give my honest opinion of the property. No holds barred. I tell you like it is and will give you the good and bad. What I will try and do is point you in the direction that I think is best for you as many are unsure of what they really want or will fit their needs the best. Many times I will tell a customer this is the community that I feel will suit you best and we end up back there. Many customers forget this is a vacation home. Remember that when buying. I always stress pay a bit more for good real estate because when you go to sell it down the road and the market is soft it is far easier to sell a good piece of real estate than a fair piece of real estate. Don't be penny-wise and dollar foolish.

The Jupiter Yacht Club is the crown jewel of Intracoastal condos here in Jupiter. There are five buildings with the Pointe building being the first one built in 2003 and the last building were occupied in 2006.
