Atrium on the Ocean
Built in 2002 The Atrium on the Ocean on Hutchinson Island is a pair of spectacular oceanfront condos. The twin buildings with the Atrium II on the North and The Atrium I on the South. There are 4 condos per floor with a unique inside Atrium. The A/D units are corner units with the B/C interior units. The condos have a tremendous amount of floor to ceiling glass making the views breathtaking. The 12 story building features an unmanned gate plus a locked front foyer. The Atrium are a Hutchinson Island pet friendly condos up to 20lbs. Amenities include a fitness center, club room and a bike room. Out by the pool they have an outdoor kitchen and spa. The pool sits on the SE side of the building and the C stacks overlook the pool. The beach walkway is located by the community pool. Each condo gets 1 detached garage space and extra covered parking spaces are available. The beach is located near the public beach just to the South but the beach is flat and very quiet. There is a large green space between the condos and the beach.

The appeal to North Hutchinson Island is you have a beautiful beach North of the Fort Pierce Inlet that catches sand . You are a short drive to Downtown Fort Pierce for the theater, The Green market and the marinas. North is Vero Beach which offers a beautiful downtown, oceanfront restaurants, parks and theaters.
