Condos in Jupiter

Everyone wants a waterfront condo in Jupiter or whatever town they are looking to move to. Waterfront properties are in high demand and will continue for the next decade or so. Here some of the best Jupiter waterfront condos have climbed drastically in price. Jupiter Yacht Club condos are up 30-40% since the low of 2010. The least expensive condo is listed at $949,000 with no water view. In the dismal days that same condo sold for $600,000. The different condo communities rise and fall at various times. Jupiter Ocean Grande is up but not near what JYC has gone up. Jupiter Ocean Grande seems to be stagnant as many of the condos need some updating.

Jupiter Homes for Sale

Home sales saw a huge surge this week with 50 Jupiter homes closing here in the second week of November. This is a strong showing for our off season even with our limited inventory. This week we saw just 4 homes sell for under $200,000, a rare commodity here in our area. We also saw 11 homes sell between $200,000 and $300,000. More than 50% of home sales this week were over $350,000. 

 

The least expensive oceanfront condo sold for $362,500 or just over $300/sq.ft. This would be a 1980's original condition condo that needs updating. The other end of the spectrum we saw a Ritz Carlton Singer Island condo sell for $600/sq. ft. This unit had a city view and no ocean view.

New waterfront condos North Palm Beach

Tonight I visited the new Water Club Condos Sales office and picked up information about this new project on the water in North Palm Beach. Located next door to Old Port Cove a waterfront community that has been there since the 70's. This new project by Kolter will feature two - 22 story waterfront condos featuring a North and South Tower as well as 20 Villa residences on 7 acres overlooking the Lake Worth waterway and out to Singer Island with the ocean views as well.

The condos will feature 2 and 3 bedroom plus dens ranging from 1,728 sq. ft to 2,602 sq. ft under air. Twelve Penthouse units will be up to 3,300 sq. ft under air with extra large terraces. Terraces will range from 300  to 444 sq. ft in size
