This week we saw  Jupiter home sales  fall from a record 91 home sales last week to 54 this week. I had predicted  we should start to see a drop in home sales back to the 50-60 range through summer. I had spoken with several other top agents this week and they are all very busy yet the are saying the same thing I have been preaching. Inventory is shrinking and finding decent priced homes are becoming more difficult each day. I see this trend continuing as long as interest rates remain low and investors are still looking to park cash in real estate. Cash is King. Not in most cases, as buyers still believe because they are paying cash, they are expecting a deep discount on homes prices. If you watch the

Jupiter Top 10 Homes

My 10 Best list has a new listing this week. Several of the homes went under contract this week. If you see a good deal don't hesitate. Will have to watch closely for some new additions to my 10 best Jupiter homes next week.

Jupiter Homes for Sale

 

This week we saw  Jupiter home sales  rise  back to a high of 91 homes from 67 homes last week. This will probably be the last big week for sales and we should start to see sales fall back to around 50-60 per week. My biggest problem right now is I have a list of buyers looking for certain communities and there is either nothing for sale in there or not the right property. Many oceanfront condos have only low floors left for sale with limited views and in need of major renovations or just no condos for sale in the building period. I'm seeing

This week we saw  Jupiter home sales  fall back from a high of 89 homes last week to 67 homes this week.  Inventory levels continue to fall and are down about 5% from just 6 months ago. Basically we are seeing a 1% per month drop in inventory and your choices are becoming slim. In this weeks solds you will see Xanadu had two homes sell. Both were $750,000 and higher. Two years ago you could have bought similar homes for $100,000 dollars less. Smaller townhome communities such as Jupiter1 , Sea Brook, Oceanside Terrace where you can walk to the beach for $250,000 or less are limited by inventory. In all three communities there is just 1 townhome for
