Bluffs Ocean North is a gated community with no covered parking and is not pet friendly. The Bluffs North does not allow trucks, vans, Jeep Wranglers or motorcyles. They allow 2 rentals per year with 4 month minimum. The community pool can be seen from Beach Rd and two tennis courts sit out by US 1. The only entrance is off US 1.
There is a gated walkway to cross over to the beach and nearby is Kite Beach where you will see many of the kiteboarders out on windy days. The beach there is also dog friendly. North of the Bluffs is a 100 acre oceanfront park/preserve area. Located just minutes to shopping and restaurants, the Bluffs North has a great spot along the Jupiter Beach. There is a beach walkway to the South of the condos between them and Sea Colony. The walkway is for the Bluffs single family homes across US 1.
